Other change** The 3,118,160 hours were transferred to ICR 1845-0107 under that recently approved Notice of Action dated 1/12/2017. These hours pertain to the Disclosure Requirements for Gainful Employment Programs. Due to the sunsetting of the regulations previously tied to 1845-0107, the ICR was approved with the transfer of the responses, respondents and burden hours from 1845-0123 to 1845-0107. This is done to maintain the flexibility of updates to the Disclosure Template and for ease of use by the public. This request will also ensure that there is no double counting of burden for completion of the GE Disclosure Template.
