TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: National Survey of Members, Volunteers, Alumni, Grantees/Sponsors

PURPOSE: Survey to assess CNCS delivery of brand by survey exploring members’, volunteers’, alumni, and grantees’/sponsors’ awareness of CNCS and its programs.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: Current CNCS AmeriCorps members, Senior Corps volunteers, alumni and grantees/sponsors.

We will be sending the survey to our current AmeriCorps State and National and Senior Corps grantees and sponsors via email for them to complete and also forward on to members/volunteers. We will be sending the survey directly to our AmeriCorps VISTA and NCCC members. For all program alumni, we will send the survey via email to our list of addresses.
