Must have lived in the Milwaukee area for at least 12 months



Be at least 18 years old



NOT be pregnant, if female

In the past 12 months have eaten one meal of fish caught from

downtown Milwaukee
Cedar Creek
Milwaukee River
Lincoln Creek
Menomonee River
Little Menomonee River or
Kinnickinnic River
Note: Only one (1) person from your household can participate
After participating, you can also earn a BONUS for recruiting
others. You can earn a $15 gift card for each person (up to 3) that
