ERRATA NOTICE

On October 2, 2017, the Commission issued a “Notice Inviting Comments” (October 2 Notice) in response to the proposed rule for action (Proposal) submitted by the Secretary of the Department of Energy, on September 28, 2017, pursuant to section 403 of the Department of Energy Organization Act. This errata notice hereby corrects footnote 2 of the October 2 Notice to read as follows:
