INTRODUCTION


Hello, my name is [Moderator’s Name], and I am calling from the research firm, Lightspeed Health, for a study sponsored by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. In this study, we will focus on biological products other than vaccines. Biological products are medications derived from a living organism, such as humans, animals, micro-organisms or yeast.
