The number of respondents has increased from 126 to 165, causing an increase of 312 hours in the total burden hours over
the past grant cycle. The increase in the number of EOC projects funded is a result of an increase in funding to the Federal
TRIO budget that allowed for an increase in the number of applicants awarded grants under the most recent competition.
