Abstract: disease-specific data elements for HAIC only. As a result of proposed changes, the estimated annualized burden is expected to decrease by 383 hours, from 22,473 to 22,090. The forms for which approval for changes and additions are being sought include: 1. 2018 Resistant Gram-Negative Bacilli (MuGSI) Case Report Form for Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae and Acinetobacter baumannii (Att. 1) 2. 2018 Invasive Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) Infection Case Report Form (Att. 2) 3. 2018 Clostridium difficile Infection (CDI) Case Report Form (Att. 3).
