To be eligible to participate you:


Must have lived in the Milwaukee area for at least 12 months



Be at least 18 years old



NOT be pregnant, if female

In the past 12 months have eaten one meal of fish caught from
these local waters:



Milwaukee area including the Milwaukee River, Little Menomonee River,
Menomonee River, Kinnickinnic River, Cedar Creek, Lincoln Creek, and the
Near-shore waters of Lake Michigan near downtown Milwaukee
Fond du Lac and Oshkosh areas including Lake Winnebago, Lake Butte
des Morts, Lake Poygan, Lake Winneconne, Fond du Lac River, and the
Wolf River
Sheboygan and Manitowoc areas including the Branch River, Manitowoc
River, Big Elkhart Lake, and Sheboygan River
Beaver Dam, West Bend, Waukesha, and Jefferson areas including Lac
La Belle, Fox (IL) River, and Lake Tichigan

Note: Only one (1) person from your household can participate
After participating, you can also earn a BONUS for recruiting
others. You can earn a $15 gift card for each person (up to 3) that
you refer to our project. You will receive gift cards if each person
