Instructions: The purpose of this information collection is to learn about your experience in the Fatherhood Research and Practice’s Learning Community for HMRF grantees with descriptive local evaluations. We will use this information to identify outstanding needs and improve future support for your local evaluation.

Your participation is voluntary and your responses will be kept private to the extent permitted by law. It should take approximately 5 minutes to complete the following questions:
