Rigorous Evaluation technical assistance (reta) feedback form

We are interested in receiving feedback on the evaluation technical assistance you’ve received from the RETA team thus far. Up to three staff at your grantee organization, and up to three staff at your local evaluator organization, are invited to complete this form separately: each individual should please submit this form directly to (a) your FPO and (b) Seth Chamberlain ([email protected]).


This survey is estimated to take 20 minutes to complete. Your participation in this survey is voluntary.


Your responses will be kept private and not shared publicly. Your responses will not be shared with individual RETA Liaisons, but may be shared with the ACF leads who oversee the grants and the contract for the RETAs.
