T ITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Feedback on Mixed-Delivery System and Service Coordination to Inform Appropriate, Tailored and Timely Technical Assistance

PURPOSE: We are seeking feedback on early care and education (ECE) mixed-delivery systems and service coordination to enable the provision of appropriate and tailored technical assistance to the Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five (PDG B5) Grantees. As grantees are conducing needs assessments and making plans to support a mixed-delivery system in accordance with the PDG B5 grant, we are seeking feedback and information to help inform the development of technical assistance resources so that training and support can be tailored appropriately and provided on a timeline that is responsive to the PDG B5 grantees needs.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: Information will be solicited from the Preschool Development Grantees (awarded 12/2018) who are conducting needs assessments to understand their mixed-delivery systems. Currently, there are 46 states and territories who were awarded Preschool Development Grants. The questions will be sent to the 46 grantees on the electronic mailing list.

The Office of Child Care has an electronic mailing list with the point of contact for each of the Preschool Development Birth to Five (PDG B5) Grantees. The Office of Child Care plans to email all current PDG B5 points of contact to invite them to respond to the questions.

TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Provide the name of the collection that is the subject of the request. (e.g. Comment card for soliciting feedback on xxxx)
