0596-0225 – Timber Sale Contract Operations and Administration
A typo was found in form FS-2400-12 and has since been corrected. The Forest Service is submitting this as a non-substantive change request due to the simple nature of the change in the above mentioned form on page one.
The form previously read as: “The Transferor authorizes the Forest Service upon its approval of this application to deal solely thereafter with the aforesaid Transferee in the Trasnferor’s stead and without notice to the Transferor in all matters pertaining to the aforesaid contract, including any modification thereof, and requets that any balance on deposit with the United State’s to the Transferee’s credit in connection with such contracts to be transferred to the credit of the Trasnsferor.
The typo was found in the last sentence and will now read, “…including any modification thereof, and requets that any balance on deposit with the United State’s to the Trasnsferor’s credit in connection with such contracts to be transferred to the credit of the Transferee.
