This ICR is being submitted as a nonsubstantive change to a currently approved collection.
APHIS has removed the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from the VS 1-10 and VS 1-10S forms,
which was instructed at the bottom of the form. In doing so, we are also proposing to adjust the
processing of these survey forms accordingly to avoid the future collection and maintenance of PII while
still keeping the same functionality/utility of the survey.
Note that the changes made are identical for both versions of the form (English and Spanish).
