Information collected is used by CMS
to determine the amount of Federal Reimbursement for compliance
surveys. Use of the information includes program evaluation, audit,
budget formulation and budget approval.
The burden estimate has been
decreased to better account for the time it takes to prepare the
requested reports. The previous estimate included the costs of
preparing the required program budgets, which would occur with or
without the requested reports. However, due to the inclusion of
fringe benefits, the hourly cost has increased.

1320.8(b)(3).
