OMB 83C with Justification

Purpose
The purpose of the modification agreement is to allow FEMA to lend additional funds under the
existing CDL without affecting the original loan given to the government of the USVI and the
two hospitals (borrowers).

What the document will do
The document that will be attached to the previously approved collection. The document changes
the loan amount and notifies the borrowers of the additional amount that will be lent to them.
Therefore, the only thing changing from the previously approved collection is the amount of the
loan.
