Timing change: Rather than contacting all 18,697 parents (or youth, as indicated by parent and if age appropriate) to obtain consent and students’ last high school attended at one time in 2016 as approved (NOA 5/31/2016; NOC 7/18/2016), the study split this activity into two phases: 12% (n=2,312) were contacted over Winter 2016-2017 and the remaining 88% (16,385) will be contacted in Spring/Summer 2018. This ensures that collection of information on last school attended is timed after high school completion for more of the sample, and therefore that the second wave of transcript collection (already approved) accurately captures transcripts from all transfer schools. There is no change in burden.
