information unless it displays a currently valid OMB Control Number. Annual public reporting burden for this form is estimated to average
3 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, gathering and maintaining data, and completing and reviewing

In accordance with 30 CFR 1206.172(e), form ONRR-4411 is used by the reporter in determining the
minimum value for royalty purposes of gas sold beyond the first index pricing point. Refer to 30 CFR
1206.172(e)(3) for calculating the Safety Net Price, 1206.172(e)(4) for calculating the Safety Net
Differential, and 1206.172(e)(5) for calculating additional royalties owed.
