The agency is not making any material change in the collection instrument, instructions, frequency of collection, or the use to which the information is to be put. In this submission the burden is broken down by section to provide a more granular view. Whereas there was one IC previously, that one has been broken into 16 ICs. The number 1805 was entered as annual responses incorrectly. The number of responses should have been 1717. There is a increase in this submission in responses: Recovery of Operations were estimated to have 13 responses but had 105. However, Amending Operations Specifications was expected to have 50 responses and only had 25.
