applications to the FHWA with specific information to receive
Federal disaster assistance for major damages on Federal-aid
highways as a result of natural disasters and/or catastrophic
failures. This record keeping collection is mandatory all State
DOTs. This collection will be done annually. The data collected
will reported to Congress.
