on 5/16/2014 All proposals were
received on 9/12/2014.
Evaluation process commenced
the week of 9/15/2014.
MD 07/2014: GPMTD will be
purchasing 2 hybrid buses on a
joint procurement with Connect
Transit, Bloomington IL.
Connect Transit has received
concurrence, issued ifs Heavy
Bus Procurement RFP on May
16, 2014, proposals are due

01/2015: Connect Transit has
selected New Flyer to award the
Heavy Duty Bus RFP (Joint
Procurement) to; however New
Flyer does not make a 30'
Hybrid, FTA has approved
GPMTD to purchase 35' Hybrid
as our fixed -route fleet now
consists of 35' and 40' buses.
MD 10/2014: Connect Transit
received all proposals on
9/12/2014. Evaluation process
began the week of 9/15/2014,
interviews with proposers
scheduled in November. They
expect to award a contract
November 14, 2014.
MD 07/2014: GPMTD will be
purchasing 2 hybrid buses on a
joint procurement with Connect
Transit, Bloomington IL.
Connect Transit has received
concurrence, issued it's Heavy
Bus Procurement REP on May
16, 2014, proposals are due
August 8, 2014 for review.
