or not for profit organization who seek Federal assistance in a
declared disaster. Respondents are disaster victims seeking
disaster assistance.
Burden and cost information
decreased with this submission as compared to the last submission
due to the fact that there was a decrease in the number of
applications accepted and sole proprietor applicants no longer use
this form .
