of non-measure data for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Inpatient

developed for the Clinical Classifications Software (CCS) under the Healthcare Cost
and Utilization Project (HCUP) by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality
(AHRQ). See the instructions below to access crosswalks of CCS codes with
International Classification of Diseases (ICD)-10-CM codes.
