motivating, and how ads could be improved.

The opioid overdose epidemic continues to worsen and evolve because of the continuing deaths involving
synthetic opioids. Over 2 million people struggled with opioid addiction in 2018, and millions more were
impacted by it. Crisis Next Door (CND) is a digital campaign to promote real stories from real people
affected by the opioid crisis featured on www.crisisnextdoor.gov.
