National Firefighter Registry

Firefighters around the country. It is our plan to work with stakeholder groups to reach out to Firefighters
attending meetings to participate in focus group discussions. The stakeholders will do all of the
recruitment. We also plan to have voluntarily informal surveys that will be promoted by stakeholders.

NFR is designed to create the world's largest database of FF to better understand the link between cancer
and the profession. The core communication is intended to get FFs to voluntarily sign-up for the registry.
Career, volunteer, female, minority, investigators & other specialty FFs are needed.

sensitive audience, trying to tie into meetings firefighters are already having around the country.
