We have been trying to reach you about an important survey sponsored by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Your experience is important! About a year ago, you agreed to be part of a study to test some innovative strategies in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training (E&T) programs. USDA also wants to learn more about the challenges people face when looking for work. We would like to talk to you about your experiences over the last year.

We will send you a gift card for participating! If you complete the telephone survey, we will send you a $20 gift card.
