Attached is the information collection request (ICR) for the Notice of Entry of Appearance as
Attorney or Representation Before the Immigration Court (Form EOIR-28; OMB#1125-0006),
as required for certification and submission to the Office of Management and Budget. The
purpose of this application form is to allow an attorney or representative to file his or her entry of
appearance for each matter before the Immigration Court pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §§ 1229a, 1362,
and 8 C.F.R. §1003.17(a).
