Abstract: FDA will be establishing the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) (Title II of Pub. L. 113-54) Pilot Project Program to implement section 582(j) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the FD&C Act) (21 U.S.C. 360eee-1). This program will assist the development of the interoperable electronic system established by 2023.
