FAQ

• Who is conducting the survey?

  • The survey is part of the data collection for a cross-site evaluation of the DVHT Program that is overseen by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and conducted by RTI International.

• How long will the survey take?

  • The survey will take about 30 minutes to complete.

• What if I start the survey but am unable to finish at that time?

  • You will be able to close your browser and click the survey link that you received to return to the survey; your input will be saved.

• What is the deadline to participate?

  • Please complete the survey by [DATE].

• Do I have to participate?

  • The survey is voluntary; there will be no repercussions for your decision not to participate.

• Who will see my responses?

  • Your responses will be kept private to the extent permitted by law. No one outside the RTI evaluation team will know how you answered a specific question and your name will not be used in any report. Information collected from DVHT project staff and partners will be combined for reporting, however some information will be reported at the project-level which will identify your DVHT project.
