• Where do people buy certain foods?

• What types of foods are people buying and eating?

• How do people decide what foods to buy?

You have been chosen randomly from all the people who receive <State name of SNAP/EBT> in your community. We ask that you do not share this invitation with others such as your friends and neighbors. The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete. We are enclosing $2 with this invitation as a thank you. After we receive your completed survey, we will send you an additional $20 in cash.
