CDC Water and Health Survey – Last Chance to Participate!

Over the past few weeks, we have sent you a series of mailings about an important study on water use and health. The study will provide us with information on how people use their tap water and help us keep it safe and healthy. Hearing from everyone we contact assures us that we understand each and every person’s unique experiences.

Please know that, although we hope you decide to participate, your response to this study is completely voluntary.
