PURPOSE: The primary purpose for providing the requested information on this supplement is to determine if the petitioner has established eligibility for the immigration benefit for which he or she is filing. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will use the information you provide to grant or deny the benefit the petitioner is seeking. DISCLOSURE: The information you provide is voluntary.
