Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act
Comprehensive Smokeless Tobacco Health Education Act
The Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act (FCLAA), Public Law 89–92, and
Comprehensive Smokeless Tobacco Health Education Act (CSTHEA), Public Law 99–252, require
CDC‘s Office on Smoking and Health to collect, store, and analyze the list of ingredients added to
cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products.
