The
Evaluators' Network team is asking for your participation in a brief
online survey. We'd
like to learn how the training and support provided through the
Network contributes to your tobacco control surveillance and
evaluation efforts and how these services can be made more useful.
Your participation in the web-based survey is entirely voluntary. The web-based survey results will be recorded to help inform future developments regarding the Evaluators' Network.
Even
if you have had limited experience with the Evaluators' Network
services, we want to hear from you.

This survey, comprised of three brief sections, should take 15 minutes or less, the Evaluators’ Network Member Survey is available from 07/06/2020 – 08/17/2020.
