We are requesting your review on the above Generic project which involves a non PII collection. Can you please let us
know if the Privacy Act applies to this non PII collection. I am attaching the clearance request and the instrument for
your review. If you have any questions please contact Graham Kirkland. These are OMB generic requests that takes
only a couple of weeks for OMB to approve, as soon as we get a response we will send it to ICRO-OMB. Thank you very
