We have determined that the Privacy Act and PII are not applicable. We suggested that you consider piggybacking off of
the VPTAC PRA since it is directly connected to it. It is imperative that parameters of what data is being collected does
not change. We will need to be notified if there are any changes. If you need any more information or guidance you can
reach out to Larry Grant or me. We hope this helps.
