Recruitment Process

Hello, my name is ____________ and I am from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Division of STD Prevention. We are recruiting participants to gather feedback on CDC’s STD Tx Guidelines mobile app. Would you be interested in participating in this study?

  1. Do you currently see patients in a clinical setting?

  2. If so, where do you practice and what is your job title?

    • How long have you been in practice?

  3. How many STD cases do you encounter per month?

  4. Have you heard of CDC’s 2015 STD Treatment Guidelines App?

    • Do you have it downloaded?

    • What type of device is it on? (If no download: What type of cell phone do you use – iOS or Android?)
