Each refinery or importer CTA producing or importing Diesel Fuel for use in the United States per
Sections 80.593 and 80.604 must submit a facility summary report. Items 15 – 23 deal with small refiner
requirements. Please follow instructions when information is not applicable.

A; Character. Credit Trading Area (CTA). For motor
vehicle diesel fuel credits only, enter the appropriate credit
trading area code as defined in 80.531(a)(5) - Areas are
numbered 1 through 7. Enter NA if not applicable.
