Explanation of Non-Substantive Changes to OMB Control Number: 3060-0233:

• FCC Form 507

• Instructions to FCC Form 507

• Instructions to FCC Forms 508 and 509

Purpose of this Submission: The Commission is submitting a non-substantive change request to an existing information collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507. This submission seeks to change the filing date on (i) FCC Form 507; (ii) the accompanying instructions to FCC Form 507 from July 31 to March 31. There are also several changes to update the contact information for the Universal Service Administrative Company. We are also updating the contact information for the Universal Service Administrative Company on the accompanying instructions to FCC Forms 508 and 509 associated with this collection.

Summary of Proposed Updates to FCC Form 507

• Changes: Changing the filing date on FCC Form 507 from July 31 to March 31 will allow the Universal Service Administrative Company to have the data it needs to perform mandatory calculations in April and May of each year. We have also updated contact information for the Universal Service Administrative Company.

• Changes: Changing the filing date on the instructions for FCC Form 507 from July 31 to March 31 will allow the Universal Service Administrative Company to have the data it needs to perform mandatory calculations in April and May of each year.
