The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) has contracted with Mathematica Policy Research to evaluate the Direct Certification with Medicaid for Free and Reduced-Price Meals (DCM-F/RP) demonstration. We understand from [state contact] that your company has played an important role in the demonstration. We would like to schedule a telephone call with you to learn about your experiences preparing for and implementing the DCM-F/RP demonstration in [state]. This call will last approximately one hour.
