This submission is a request for a non-material or non-substantive change to the burden hours currently in the OMB inventory for this information collection. FRA’s previously approved submission back in October 2016 was an extension without change, and the number of hours again requested was 2,767 hours. Later, FRA submitted a non-substantive change to the number of responses because of a typo, and OMB correctly changed the number of responses to 1,584 in November 2018. Somehow 2,770 hours ended up in the current OMB inventory when the correct number of hours is 2,767 hours. FRA would appreciate a correction to the inventory.
