Justification for Nonsubstantive Changes

VS Form 9-2, Flock Selecting and Testing Report, has been edited to include additional or
revised options to better correlate with 9 CFR 145 where these items are described. Specifically:
a. Under SUBPART, categories B, C, D, E, and F were replaced with B or G, C or H, D, E, F, I,
and J. The requirement to select a category is unchanged.
b. Under CLASSIFICATION - U.S., the category Newcastle Disease Virus Clean was added.
The requirement to select a classification is unchanged.
Item 13 was changed to Newcastle Disease. The old Item 13, “Other”, is now Item 14. The
requirement to enter data for a selection from Items 9 thru 14 is unchanged.
The impact on the information collection burden assessment is negligible.
