Assessment Rates
In accordance with 19 CFR
351.212(b)(2), we intend to issue
appropriate instructions to Customs and
Border Protection (CBP) 15 days after
the date of publication of the final
results of this review. We will instruct
CBP to liquidate shipments of subject
merchandise produced and/or exported
by the company listed above, entered, or
withdrawn from warehouse, for
consumption, from November 6, 2015,
through December 31, 2016, at the ad
valorem rates listed above.
Cash Deposit Requirements
We intend also to instruct CBP to
collect cash deposits of estimated
countervailing duties in the amount
shown above for JSW and Uttam, on
shipments of subject merchandise
entered, or withdrawn from warehouse,
for consumption on or after the date of
publication of the final results of this
review. For all non-reviewed firms,
Commerce will instruct CBP to continue
to collect cash deposits at the most
recent company-specific or all-others
rate applicable to the company, as
appropriate. Accordingly, the cash
deposit requirements that will be
applied to companies covered by this
order, but not examined in this
administrative review, are those
established in the most recently
completed segment of the proceeding
for each company. These cash deposit
requirements, when imposed, shall
remain in effect until further notice.
Administrative Protective Order
This notice also serves as a final
reminder to parties subject to an
administrative protective order (APO) of
their responsibilities concerning the
return or destruction of proprietary
information disclosed under APO in
accordance with 19 CFR 351.305(a)(3),
which continues to govern business
proprietary information in this segment
of the proceeding. Timely written
notification of the return or destruction
of APO materials, or conversion to
judicial protective order, is hereby

I. Abstract
This request is for an extension of a
current information collection.
The information required by the
International Dolphin Conservation
Program Act, amendment to the Marine
Mammal Protection Act, is needed to:
(1) Document the dolphin-safe status of
tuna import shipments; (2) verify that

import shipments of fish were not
harvested by large-scale, high seas
driftnets; and (3) verify that tuna was
not harvested by an embargoed nation

processors.

Importing respondents are required to
submit the form electronically to U.S.
Customs and Border Protection before or
at the time of importation via the
Automated Commercial Environment.
Domestic processors submit the forms
monthly via email.
