Your 2020 Census Local Update of Census Addresses Operation (LUCA) materials should arrive within the next two weeks. To ensure the security of the Title 13 data, the Census Bureau’s address list is contained in an encrypted, self-extracting file. To open this file, you must enter the case sensitive user-name and password listed below. The readme file, included on the CD-ROM with your LUCA address list materials, provides detailed instructions on how to open files, and documents the file formats.
