Abstract: Based on the public comments received, program staff propose two minor changes. Both changes would impact the booklet and the Notice Inviting Applications. The first change is to allow applicants to single space titles, headings, footnotes, quotations, references, captions, as well as text in charts, tables, figures, and graphs. The second change adds language clarifying how many recommended pages applicants have to address each priority in the narrative.
