PSD Form 1200
Form PSD 1200 is used by a market agency selling livestock on a commission basis as required, to provide
information to the Packers and Stockyards Division (PSD) when the facility used for selling livestock meets
the definition of a stockyard in Section 302 of the Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921, as amended and
supplemented (7 U.S.C. 202) and, therefore, needs to be posted.
Submit the completed form to the regional office of the PSD as listed below. The states, provinces, and
