This Justification for Change regarding the penalties is due to inflation adjustments per 9 CFR statute 3.91(1). This collection was previously submitted and approved on February 2, 2018. In addition, there are some minor corrections made to the wording in the forms/instructions to increase the clarity of the statements. The spreadsheet lists the form number; location of change; and explanation of those changes for each form impacted by this request.
This request for change will not impact the currently approved burden or responses.
