Who must report

  • Any producer of pentane for use by pentane blenders, or importer of pentane for use by a pentane blender that produces or imports any pentane for use by a pentane blender pursuant to the requirements of § 80.86 shall submit annual reports to the Administrator for each facility at which pentane for use by pentane blenders was produced and for all such pentane imported by each importer.

Reporting deadlines for producers and importers of pentane

  • Annual reports shall be submitted for each applicable year by March 31 following the compliance period.
