A company must submit a Corporate Pool Averaging Report to show how it met the annual-average, volume-weighted sulfur standards for its entire corporate gasoline pool in the 2004 and 2005 compliance periods. The corporate pool includes all applicable volume from all applicable facilities. Applicable facilities may include refineries owned by wholly-owned subsidiaries or joint ventures. Identify facilities included in the corporate pool using form GSC0400, Gasoline Sulfur Corporate Pool Facility Identification Report.
