Statement on Privacy Impact of OMB Collection 2120-0015 per the FAA Privacy Office, July 24, 2019
Since the information in FAA Form 5010-3 Airport Master Record (Public Use Landing Area), and FAA
Form 5010-5 Airport Master Record (Private Use Landing Area), is about airports and not individuals,
and also since the personal information collected (business contact information) on the airport owners
and managers is not retrievable by a unique identifier of the individual (name, address, phone, email,
etc.) we have determined that a PAS is not needed at this time. This decision is based upon the forms
you provided and the information discussed in our meeting.
