The Commission requires carriers with
high cost support to test their networks for compliance with the
Commission's requirements for speed and latency. This collection
addresses those requirements for testing speed and latency to
ensure that carriers are meeting the public interest obligations
associated with their receipt of high-cost universal service
support.
The Commission is reporting
program changes/increases to this new information collection. These
increases to the total number of respondents of +1,277, total
annual responses of +3,195 and total annual burden hours of
+120,158 will be added to OMB’s Active Inventory.
